How many times have you caught yourself having an 11:11 moment, when you randomly look at the clock and it’s 11:11? How many times has someone said the exact same thing you’re thinking at the exact same moment you thought about it?

These are called synchronicities and there seems to be a lot of them happening right now!

Time synchronicities

A time synchronicity happens when a specific moment in time constantly appears to you. For many people, it’s 11:11 but for others it may be 1:11, 5:55, 12:34 or some number that has a relevant meaning.

For example, if you were born on July 24th, you may see 7:24 a lot.

Word synchronicities

Many people experience word synchronicities. They can happen in real time or by listening to a song or a video on YouTube.

A word synchronicity could happen when you’re thinking about a certain word, person, song, event, etc…

For example, I was writing an article on my laptop while listening to a YouTube interview. At the same exact moment that I was typing the word, “timeline” I heard the same word on an interview I was listening to while writing an article.

The etymology of the word synchronicity

If you look at the etymology of the word synchronicity, you’ll find three key parts:

1.  syn – comes from the Greek and means together with
2.  chron – comes from the word cronus, which means time
3.  city – suffix meaning quality of, abounding in

If you combine these three parts, you’ll understand the root meaning of word, synchronicity.

The meaning of synchronicity

The actual word synchronicity was coined by psychologist Carl Jung, who described it asevents that have “meaningful coincidences” if they occur with no apparent causal relationship, yet seem to be meaningfully related.

You could view the word synchronicity as “a ubiquitous moment captured in time” which means that everyone has the opportunity to capture any given moment in time and space, but only some people are cognizant of the correlation between that present moment and its interaction with time and space.

A little more on Cronos:

In Greek mythology, Cronus /ˈkroʊnəs/ or Kronos /ˈkroʊnɒs/ (Greek: Κρόνος, krónos) was the leader and youngest of the Titans, the divine descendants of Uranus, the sky, and Gaia, the earth. He overthrew his father and ruled during the mythological Golden Age, until he was overthrown by his own son Zeus and imprisoned in Tartarus.

Cronus was usually depicted with a Harpe, Scythe or a Sickle, which was the instrument he used to castrate and depose Uranus, his father. In Athens, on the twelfth day of the Attic month of Hekatombaion, a festival called Kronia was held in honor of Cronus to celebrate the harvest, suggesting that, as a result of his association with the virtuous Golden Age, Cronus continued to preside as a patron of harvest. Cronus was also identified in classical antiquity with the Roman deity Saturn.

Because we live in a 3rd dimensional reality that relies on linear time, you could view any given synchronicity as one of these moments captured within our perception of time and space.

The key word is time and its correlation to Kronos and Saturn. Saturn is “Father Time,” “The Harvester,” and in astrotheology, Saturn is Satan. Time is what keeps us locked into this 3rd dimensional reality. For example, as evidenced by those who had near death experiences, time does not exist on the other side of the veil. Everything we perceive can be broken down into binary code, which is a series of 1’s and 0’s, including 11:11. Is it possible that synchronicities are glitches within the matrix as part of our awakening code? Perhaps each synchronicity aligns with the same exact event in a parallel universe or alternate reality and is showing us how timelines are merging together into the greatest outcome probability in the present moment.

Maybe they’re just simple coincidences, but my gut is telling me otherwise.
